About Archiform 3D
We like to be different to other companies. We think differently,
act differently and treat our clients differently. We are small,
effective and global. Our client base ranges from small builders
to international development companies. We work with graphic
designers, advertising agencies, interior designers and architects.
Digital Media for Real Estate
Archiform 3D's prime focus is on real estate and architectural
projects. We create amazing 3D images and animations of buildings,
interiors, scenes and landscapes that haven't been built yet.
To better service our clients we also do video production and
web sites.
Thinking Differently
When we look at a project we don't just look at creating another
great video, 3D presentation or website. We look at the overall
effectiveness of what we can do for our client. This means quality
goes hand in hand with time frames and results.
Quality is important today and for Archiform 3D to be a global
player there must be a consistently high quality. Archiform 3D
can produce perfectly realistic images and animations on every
job if it is required, but today's technology still requires
compromise in some aspects if a project is to be delivered on
time. A simple fact is that if the job is not ready on time then
it is useless. We know how to get superb quality in a hurry and
have a large array of computing hardware to back it up.
As you may now understand, we balance perfect quality with the
ability to deliver on time. This requires a combination of skills
and practice that we call Photo-Perfect™.
Results are also of paramount importance. We are always concerned
with what value our clients get at the end of the project, how
effective the presentation was and whether it was an aid to achieving
more and/or better sales. A great bottom line performance means
long term clients for us.
Acting Differently
3D production, architectural and design companies all seem to
fall into a similar state of mind. We aren't like any of them.
Founder, Steve Bell, has always had two very unique beliefs:
- Clients should be treated as you would expect to be;
- Being a professional or artist doesn't mean that you cant
also be productive.
Steve is impatient, demanding and always in a hurry so Archiform
3D has to cater for clients that are the same way. Property development
breeds these types of clients, who are often left to handle marketing
in a split second and with a constantly changing design. Archiform
3D just gets it done, with no fuss, no complaints and on time*.
This is what Steve expects and what he insists Archiform 3D delivers.
Production is critical. Steve's production philosophy comes
from when he was a boy packing groceries for pocket money. Work
effectively, quickly and flawlessly. As he studied and went into
business he brought the same philosophy along and learnt more
from some of the most organized companies in the world about
getting projects out on time and without headache. Instead of
following the lead from architectural companies of production
and work ethic he created his own, "cut through the crap", and
built a system. Archiform 3D is very focused on what it does
and how it goes about it.
